Looking for connection after months of isolation and social distancing? Join Yoga Instructor Madison Sheward in a peaceful, shaded field at 4th Line Theatre for outdoor, distanced yoga and connect with yourself and others through breath, body and mind. Our 60-minute practice, for beginners and above, will explore a simple flow of yoga poses, breathwork and meditation. Sessions are being offered free of charge thanks to our sponsor Nexicom and spaces are limited. Please bring your own mats, water bottles and any other yoga equipment.
